Recovery College Cornwall

Sarah

I have been in recovery from a toxic relationship and off sick for a while.

I met Recovery College from my mentor who works for Pentreath and Who Dares Works.

I have been doing a variety of courses with Recovery College and have had lots of support with emotional understanding, triggers and STEPS to wellbeing.

All the staff are approachable, friendly and offer great advice and encouragement with lots of positive meetings online.

Due to the Covid lock down I was able to connect with people in the groups via Skype.

I have enjoyed the journey of enlightenment and hope the organisation will continue to reach people like me who need support to break down barriers back to the road of going back into work.

Thank you to everyone who has worked hard to support me.

I am currently doing a college course: Business Administration. I am doing well and implement new knowledge every day.
