Individual Response Service (IRS)

Wellbeing coaches work as part of the Mental Health Connect Helpline (08000385300) to support people with improving wellbeing through signposting and wellbeing activities which are undertaken with up to 3 sessions over the telephone.

Advisors are trained to support clients by offering information advice and guidance in an inclusive non-judgemental way. Advisor’s can signpost you to many other organisations for possible support such as the following:

Debt

– Housing

-Addiction

-Wellbeing Advice

Some of the other things we can do:

Share tools to help with anxiety, confidence, and time management.

-Support, or signpost you towards getting more involved in your community.

Support is tailored to the client’s individual need and is led by the client. The team has many years of experience within the community supporting clients with mental health issues and has a wide range of signposting options to choose from.
