Shine Together is a project specifically targeted to clients who have a formal diagnosis of autism to support into employment/training or education.
The support will consist of a dedicated advisor who will work alongside the client to explore their neurodiversity, the impacts upon their lives, identify the barriers and work through solutions to those barriers to enable the client to develop skills and strengths that they can take forward and further develop in the future.
The support can last between 6-9 months depending on the support required, and will be bespoke to the client’s needs but can include accessing services, life skills development, strategy development and signposting and attending groups or meetings.
Shine Together is a flexible support project and can work with anyone 16+ who has a formal diagnosis.
